FIR Against 6 Madhya Pradesh Companies for Selling Fake Soybean Seeds in Maharashtra

Six seed companies from Madhya Pradesh face legal action and FIRs in Maharashtra's Akola and Buldhana districts for allegedly selling sub-standard and fake soybean seeds. According to reports, these companies supplied low-quality seeds claiming high germination rates. The investigation revealed germination capacity fell below 50% or failed completely. Furthermore, over 10 lakh quintals of similar non-standard soybean seeds were distributed across Madhya Pradesh, sparking major concerns over crop yields and agricultural health.
